Topps pulled from
packs to comply with the new Rookie Card rules set
up by the MLBPA. Because Gordon is not Rookie Card-eligible
under the new Rookie Card guidelines, he was removed
and Topps never replaced #297. This card has jumped
from $400 to $3,500 due to well known collector
Keith Olbermann. There is a more common cut out
version and a rare blank front version of this card.
