   Base Card Scan
Comments:

The 2006-07 Bowman Elevation Basketball is a bold new innovative design from Topps. The cards have a refractor like finish with horizontal lines for the most part on the card. The bottom portion of the card has vertical lines in the top-of-the-key area where the players name is located. Nice high-quality cards with superb action or posed shots that we expect from a top notch product. The back of the cards has a complete one line listing of the players NBA career record. Here's an example of the line for Chris Bosh...226 GP-36.6 MPG-1.8 APG-8.5 RPG-1.3 BPG-16.8 PPG. The new Bowman Elevation logo is at the top right corner of the card.

   Rookie Card Scan
Comments:

The rookies have the rookie designation on the vertical stripe on the right hand side of the card. Most of the rookies have nice posed action shots from their college days as evidenced by their college uniforms. Except for the rookie designation they are the same as the base cards. The back of the cards have the players college stats with the same format as the base cards. We pulled (9) rookies of one form or another from our 16 packs of cards in this box.

  • (4) regular rookie cards /999
  • (2) parallel rookie cards /399
  • (1) parallel rookie cards /299
  • (2) autographed rookie cards

   Insert Card Scans
Comments:

The inserts cards are parallels of the base set. Here's the breakdown for inserts we pulled;

    Inserts
  • (4) parallels /399
  • (2) parallels /299
  • (1) parallels /99

   Game Used Card Scans

Comments:

We pulled (5) Game-used from our Bowman Elevation box. Here's the breakdown;

    Game-Used
  • (1) Dwyane Wade /99
  • (1) Emeka Okafor /79
  • (1) Jason Kidd /99
  • (1) Tyson Chandler /25
  • (1) Gilbert Arenas /49

   Autograph Scan
Comments:

The autographs from the box were Adam Morrison of the Charlotte Bobcats and Solomon Jones of the Atlanta Hawks. The autographs are clean and crisp without any breaks, bubbling or smears. Very nice high-quality autographs of two NBA rookies.

   The Final Verdict!

I rate this box a 5 of 5 HI Fives. 2006-07 Bowman Elevation Basketball is a winner. I would not hesitate to purchase this product at all because of the high quality of the base set and the amount of hot pulls that are guaranteed in this box. You can usually find these boxes in the $93 to $139 price range. Good value for the money in my opinion.
