"1952 Edition presents all of this year’s brightest rookies on the memorable backdrop of the Topps 1952 card design - a classic look that Topps created over 50 years ago! Printed on grey-back stock and showcasing Topps classic photography, 2006 Topps Rookies – 1952 Edition offers every 2006 “Rookie Card” eligible player, as well as Autographs at a rate of 3 per box and NEW Ticket to Stardom Relics. This is a “can’t miss” collecting experience!"
Wow...the above information from the Topps site says it all. Above I am showing the base rookie card along with the chrome rookie card #d to /1952 and the chrome refractor rookie card #d to /552. All cards are seemingly well centered and are of nice quality. Most of the rookie cards have the new rookie card logo in the upper right hand corner. The back of the cards has a real nice bio of the player and stats from the previous year and also lifetime stats.

| Comments:
We met the odds with the insert pulls in this box of Topps '52 baseball. We pulled five Dynamic Duos and three Debut Flashbacks. We also pulled our one Mickey Mantle that the odds stated.

| Comments:
The autographs we pulled are of Erick Aybar of the Angels, Joel Zumaya of the Tigers and Matt Albers of the Astros. Nice clean autographs with no bubbling, separation or breaks.

The
Final Verdict! |

|
| I
rate this box a 5 of 5 HI Fives. 2006 Topps '52 Baseball
is a medium-priced, high-quality sports card product. You can usually
find these boxes in the $50 to $75 price range. Very good value
for the money in my opinion. If you are a rookie card collector, this is the only box of cards you may need to buy. Basically every card except for the few inserts are rookie cards. Plus you get three autographs per box!
