Comments:

The base cards have a very nice new design to them. The front of the cards have framed action shots of the players. The back of the cards has a short bio and a section called accolades that lists the players awards and significant accomplishments in the major leagues. Also, there is a section that lists the players Minor and Major league complete stats.

   Rookie Card Scan
Comments:

We pulled one rookie card and two prospect cards from this pack of Bowman Originals. The rookie we pulled has a blue border and is #d to /249. The back of the RC has a short bio, a section called Accolades and a section that lists the players complete Major league record.

Comments:

The odds say two autographs and two autographs is what we got. Nice high-quality uncirculated autographs of Hanley Ramirez of the Florida marlins and Wily Mo Pena of the Cinncinnati Reds.

   The Final Verdict!

I rate this pack a 4 1/2 of 5 HI Fives. 2006 Bowman Originals Baseball is a nice high-quality card product. You can usually find these packs in the $31 to $50 price range. As far as value for the money, it's hard to determine when only opening one pack from a box. But, we did meet all of the odds and pulled two very nice autographs in the process.
