Review: 2006 Fleer Baseball (Review by Ike Newton)

   Base Card Scans

Comments:

Clean design and nice photography. UD did a good job capturing every aspect of the game.

   Rookie Scans
Comments:

There were a lot of rookie cards in this product, both with action and portrait photos (as shown above). A lot of non-hyped players, so there could be a few sleepers in this product.

   Parallel Scan
Comments:

There were no stated odds on these or any information on the box about them. We pulled 3 and from some research from other box break reports, you get an average of 3 per box. These are the silver parallels which are glossy.

   Insert Scans
Comments:

This product is loaded with inserts and have a nice player selection also. The Team Leaders and Award Winners (shown above) are probably the best looking designs out of the bunch.

   Game Used Scan
Comments:

Game Used are seeded at 1 per box which adds an interest to collect the entire set. Basic, clean design and a nice line up.

   The Final Verdict!

I give this product a 4.5 out of 5 H.I fives. Upper Deck did a great job continuing the Fleer tradition. You definately get an enjoyable box break on a budget. Loaded with inserts, there's something for everyone. Nice collation. We didn't pull many doubles if any.
