Comments:

2006 Topps Co-Signers Baseball is a very different design look than what most of us are used to from Topps. The colored facial shot and the action shot in black and white seem to be a little too much for the front of the card. Although the combination of the two photos seem to blend very well on most of the cards. The team logo on the gold-on-gold is very hard to discern for me. I have to turn the card at a slight angle to be able to tell what team the logo is of.

Comments:

The inserts are parallels (Changing Faces) and a thicker card as well. The parallels have two players on the card that are teammates or at least have been on the same team over the years. There are (9) different parallel versions in this product. We pulled;

  • (3) Changing Faces Red /150
  • (2) Changing Faces Blue /125
  • (1) Changing Faces Gold /115
  • (1) Changing Faces Silver/Red /100
  • (1) Changing Faces Silver/Gold /50
  • (1) Changing Faces Hyper Silver/Blue /10

   Rookies and Autograph Card Scans

Comments:

The autographed cards we pulled from this box are a dual co-signers autographed card of Roy White and Joe Pepitone of the New York Yankees. The two rookie autographs we pulled are of Adam Wainwright of the St. Louis Cardinals and Jason Botts of the Texas Rangers. All of the autographs are of very nice quality. The rookie card logo is on the bottom left hand side of the two rookie cards.

   The Final Verdict!

I rate this box a 4 1/2 of 5 HI Fives. A very nice quality box of cards with the chance of really snagging a top-notch dual autographed card. You can usually find these boxes in the $106 to $129 price range on the web sites I have checked. Good value for the money in my opinion with the (3) autographed cards.
