   Base Cards Scan
Comments:

First off this is one of the best products I have seen in awhile. Nice new clean design and quality cards throughout the box. The front of the cards have superb action shots of the players. The Finest logo is located in either the left or right upper corner. BOLD nameplate at the bottom of the card is very easy to read. It includes position, name and team. The back of the cards has a short biography of the player along with players major league record. At the extreme bottom there is a section called 2006 Finest Moment, where it lists the players best game, week and month.

   Rookie Cards Scan
Comments:

The rookie cards are the same as the base except for the Rookie Card logo that is approximately 1/3 from the top and is located on either the right or left side. The back of the cards has the same information as the base except the players Minor League record is shown. We pulled nine rookies from our box. Here's the breakdown...

  • (7) regular rookie cards
  • (2) autographed rookie cards

   Insert Cards Scans

Comments:

The inserts are very abundant in this Topps Finest box. Here is the breakdown on the inserts...

  • (6) regular finest moments
  • (3) refractor finest moments
  • (3) parallel refractor finest moments
  • (6) refractor base
  • (6) parallel refractor base
The blue refractors are #d to /399, the green refractors are #d to /199 and the black refractors are #d to /99. There was one exception in the numbering system...the Stephen Drew blue refractor finest moments is #d to /299.

   Box-Topper Cards Scan
Comments:

We got two box-topper packs in this box. They were the Ryan Howard and the Alex Rodriguez packs. These cards commemorate each of Howard’s 58 home runs during his 2006 historic chase to Roger Maris. We pulled Home Runs 16 and 41. Alex Rodriguez "Road to 500"...we pulled Home Runs 34 and 39. These cards are also paralleled with refractor and xfractor versions and the Rodriguez also has a parallel of an autographed version.

   Auto Cards Scan
Comments:

You get three autographed cards in this box...one in each mini box. The cards we pulled are rookie autographs of Josh Fields and Philip Humber along with a Finest Moments autograph of Robinson Cano. The autographed cards are of high-quality and they are nice clean autographs without bubbling, separation or breaks.

   The Final Verdict!

I rate this box a 5 of 5 HI Fives. 2007 Topps Finest Baseball is a higher priced, high-quality sports card product. You can usually find these boxes in the $100 to $119 price range on sites I have checked. Special thanks to Topps for the ability to review one of their newest products on the market!
