Building a Set

Not sure where this was best to post...

I am considering building a UFC base set. I figure it would be like the old days and I would read every card 100 times and really enjoy collecting a set. That being said how easy is it to do? No too many people around here have UFC singles.

Also, what resources do you guys use?

Base set? Inserts? What exactly would you be looking at? For me I've always liked the look of the Finest releases. Collation isn't necessarily the best though. If you're looking to buy COMC is probably your best and cheapest bet. I might be able to send you some stuff depending on exactly what you're looking for. Shoot me a PM.
 
I was considering building a base set. The way I normally go about this is buy a box to get a few goodies and then pick up the singles as I go to finish the set. I looked at COMC and it looks like single base cards would be about $.50-1 each. That adds up quick and makes the desire to build a set very low.

How large or current do you want the set to be? Are you also seeking a larger set as well, or something that's around 100 cards?
