an other horror story...

Hello guys


It is really unbelievable but I have an other bad story..never had any problem within 11years of collecting and buying hundreds of cards through the bay..but now 2 very bad experiences in a row..

Long story short

I bought a ud ultimate achievements Sidney Crosby 4/6 signature card from 07/08 in eBay ( crazy-element_sk8r)..unfortunately the seller mixed two cards and I received a different card from sn other eBay member ( k.t.egmondville he is from Ontario Canada ) yakupov auto patch rookie...i immediately sent card back to seller and informed him about this case..my card was deliverd to this guy above (tracking information said he received card ( confirmed by crazy elements to me)...

Problem is the other guy does not respond to any mail of the seller...for 7 days now..ebay was informed etc.

I mailed him now but did not receive answer yet..


What can I do in this situation? Did such a thing happen to you guys? ..i am very disappointed about these behaviors and feel very bad...always thought there was a certain collector codex...but maybe I am wrong...

Here can be closed...the other buyer was on a vacation and will send back card to seller
