What is thread trolling??

Hey guys,... believe it or not, decided to actually check out the site in its entirety and came across the banned section members... (good read). Anyways, came across the term thread trolling??? Have an idea what it means, but would still like confirmation just for the sake of garnering more knowledge.

P.S. Also on a side note... Bruce... maybe a section called Glossary for new members or even old ones (LOL) with various terms and such. I remember when I was fairly new alll the terms that I had to lear along the way (i.e. PWE, CMB, etc...) Just an idea.

I love trolling, it's fun watching Flyers fans get all worked up over one sentence.

Go into any Carey Price topic. There is one member here who shows up everytime with his attempt to get habs fans going, but never works. Every time he writes I just PM my little clique and he's ignored. Response is for the weak minded :devil:

Sometimes they'll post once and are ignored, then they'll post something just a little bit more aggressive to try and get someone going. Then lastly they'll write almost anything nasty and lure them in for the kill.
