Cards are being sold on consignment for my friend as he is still a new member on HI and did not feel comfortable sending first as per HI TOS with the values associated for each card.

Sounds about right, your friend doesn't like rules...

Cards are being sold on consignment for my friend as he is still a new member on HI and did not feel comfortable sending first as per HI TOS with the values associated for each card. I will be taking care of the entire process including shipping should a card sell on HI. Aside from the Crosby Rookie Update, that was the only one priced higher...
