On a further note, can someone please explain to me how there can be 2 different versions of the same exquisite card numbered to the rookies Jersey number??

For example: McDavid has a /97 exquisite in Black diamond and also /97 exquisite from ICE

me too... i'm sure the have different card numbers and all, but thanks UD for making my Eichel Exquisite /15 a little less rare with another /15 coming to market.

There's a pretty good chance if this was acquired through a store with Diamond Dealer status, UD could revoke that store's ability to use that. As for telling a distributor not to sell to that store any longer, I would think that would be in play also.

It happened not long ago with the HDIC cards and I heard there were some penalties, but I couldn't tell you what they are. Here would be an excellent chance for someone from UD to step in and fill us in.

nope, two separate Exquisite sets with different numbering, though the have the same exact "Exquisite Rookies" set name.
