i thought i was paying just over 7.70 cad for expedited shipping labels off of ebay, now says 9.90....did i miss something

Making those US Global Shipping prices of $15 US almost in line with each other.

I don't think parcel expedited shipping was ever heavily discounted. Canada Post Expedited Lite is still $7.62 with in the same region for me.
