Might be a bad idea to make this thread but lets make it about things they do well. People deserve credit for things when its due

People like to complain usually more than compliment something so its understandable for them to get ragged on.

A few things:
1) The cup consistently has top notch high end cards
2) Clear Cut is such a fun/cool product
3) Young guns every year are a hobby staple. S1/S2/EXT are all fun for the break price at SRP for the most part
4) Outburst red get my award for #d card design of the year, best cards Ive seen in forever from them

They seem to be genuinely interested in the feedback from the Hobby (they are on a lot of podcasts big and especially small) and not just their PR person. They allow lots of different employee and product managers / designers to interview. Hard to say that about many hobby companies of that nature and size.

It's never a bad idea to make a thread to shout out positive things.

On top of producing the nicest cards of any manufacturer ever, they also provide the appetizers at the networking event I host on the Thursday night at Expo.

OPC hobby is a nice product. It is fun and affordable, with a large base of people trading to build their set.

Production quality on some products has increased to levels they should have never fallen down to. This would include foil placements, card alignments (front and back…ie.OPC platinum), and mid to high-end card condition quality (there were a few years that you’d buy products like BD, Ultimate, or Premier and a card would be damaged…guaranteed. Better now)

They produce CHL which is what I watch the most live so really enjoy that they produce some decent chl cards!!!

Outburst is their best new design in quite some time, and the reds in particular POP. I would like to see more of this design. And, once again, just ONE Sakic insert on Outburst stock, please. Preferably red or blue. Kthxbai.

I'm in for legends in the outbursts

Sp9ke with Matt from UD , I asked if they are switching colors on outbursts they are not and that's a good thing. Plus having more than 3 outbursts would start to lessen the uniqueness for me

I envision a set that includes legends. First parallel silver outburst. Second parallel team color outburst - pick the dominant non-white color from the uniform, go with that as the outburst color. And then of course the 1/1 tier gold outburst.

Instead of a gold maybe make it "diamond" color or Platinum signifying they are legends?

I like how they significantly reduced the number of jersey cards in products. Only to notice that many people now complain about not having the jersey cards anymore as box hits, even if they were not appreciated in value, lol.

I also like the insert set designs, and ideas a lot more than usually.

In my opinion, the sad part is that there are still way too many photoshoot jersey cards of guys who will play only a few games in the league. Maybe with the economy slowing down and the Bedardmania behind us for 24-25, we will start seeing shorter checklists and less of these filler cards, like it was 20 years ago.

I appreciate the focus on sharp looking sp inserts, and some of the retro tribute stuff is very nice.

TBF its fair to note everything goes in cycles and comes back and not just in cards (ie: fashion trends, music, etc)

Normal for ppl to get tired of things but then want them back

Some of their signed pieces were immaculate. Nice to see them giving away prizes too

In my option, I find it absolutely incredible how they endlessly come up with new designs/inserts/products. It’s simply inspiring!

Not sure if I am in the minority here or not but with UD Premier I noticed they started printing on the card where the game used memorabilia is from.

For instance: Chest Logo, glove, stick, etc. I know that they did that in the past, seemed to stop and now have started up again.
