    Need USA Stamps!

    I need stamps for SASE. The envelopes are like the gift card envelopes. Contents coming back will weigh less than 3 ounces. Also, are cards in toploaders mechinable? their site says to add 20 cents for nonmechinable ones. Looks like Ill need about $1.50x2 in US stamps. Correct me if im wrong...
