On a side note, the patches on the Duchene Cup ARPs /99 have been pretty bad in general. With probably half of the ones I've seen solid white.

this is just sad and a disgrace... Like why? sweet now you just recked a card that had some value before you completly recked the card. now it's got none cause of this idiot. Just makes me angry when people do this... It's so stupid and selfish. now there are really on 98 to get now.

Just makes you wonder about past years /99's. How many true Crosby,Ovechkin,Stamkos RC's are still out there. I would think 80-85 would be a safe guess.
 
it makes me sick i filed a complaint on ebay stating it was a fake since there was no way to contact the seller wonder why it doesnt show ask the seller
 
This is why Upper Deck should make all of the patches four colours or better. Eventually, someone will do it for them and collectors won't be so paranoid about buying singles off of the open market.
 
I messaged him nicely about it just pointing him to the fact it's fake and he pulled it and replied with a thank you.

For anyone interested, the current seller is not the guy who pulled the card. I have no idea if the seller acquired the card with the fake patch or not. That's not something I have time to track down...

Anyway, this card is likely never going to be sold on ebay again now that most people know it is repatched. Card shows is a different story! But thanks everyone for the messages to the seller!
 
I also messaged him about that card.

You'd think UD could cut some good patches among the 100 jerseys Duchene brushed his hand against for their flagship product.
