1 huge but damaged pull from 3 boxes of SPA

So the other day I picked up a box because I was told only 1 patch was pulled out of 6 boxes from a fresh case. Two boxes were taken home so the owner didn't know if they pulled anything in those. Out of 4 boxes, I decided I would take my chance. It was a dud so I went back today. Bought a box and it was a dud. But 3rd times the charm. Got a big hit but the damage is quite disappointing. Not sure if I will send it back for a replacement,sell it and take the loss of sales due to it being damaged or see if I can still get something decent in trade for it.

Anyhow, what I pulled from what I can remember.
-Cogliano SOTT
-Van Riemsdyk SOTT
-Couture SOTT
-Kennedy SOTT
-Stepan Future watch auto
-McBain Future watch auto
-Karlsson(I think, the Flames backup) Future watch auto
-Crosby HOLO FX
-Josefson Future watch auto (traded)

and the big pull. Not sure if you can see hte damage on it in the 2nd and 3rd pics.

Ouch!!! I would contact UD on that one. Maybe you'll even get and upgraded patch... :beer:
 
That's the exact same spot my Karlsson patch was damaged. Looks like I'm not the only one calling UD on monday. Very nice pull though.
 
UD has a serious problem with thier die cutters at their facility,seriously this type of thing has been going on for over 2 years now,get the friggin machine die SHARPENED!!

you should really contact ud on this and make sure you tell him you want the same or nicer patch... anyway some really good pulls congratz!

I notice alot of slight fraying on thicker cards like this all the time

Still a sick pull, hopefully UD can help you out with that

I didn't see any problems with 2009-10 The Cup. The cutting back then was actually better than ever.
 
What you should do is post it on their Facebook wall. They tend to pay more attention to those that call em out publicly
