There seems to be 4 cards yet to be seen between the carryover rookies and sp rookies... any idea what cards 547 through 550 are? Anyone pull these?

A possible explanation -- They allotted 50 slots for 46 holdover-RCs (501-546), and (initially anticipating a slate of 50 holdovers) accidentally started printing the new guys at number 551.

You know these seem to have no numbers...

566 Emelin
567 Horak
568 Smith
569 Sateri
570 Atkinson

I just got those off Panini's blog, but most people are saying they are not numbered- so maybe those fill in somehow... I guess when Panini finally posts a checklist we will know.

Someone sent me an Excel checklist. Here is what is stated for the rookies

Didn't Panini say there was a surprise... maybe 547 will be some sort of surprise when someone pulls it.

What on earth are cards of popular rookies limited to 100 copies doing in Score? This is not the product for that kind of stuff. I sincerely hope that was a mistake in the checklist.

Low-end products aren't allowed to have valuable chase cards?

Did the Excel sheet have inserts and all too? Can you send it/post it?

Not in the base set -- if you want people to build it.

i like the idea. think it would've been better if they didn't release the number though and just left it as a SP. leave the mystery there...

After opening 47 boxes, I can confirm the 3 NNO SPs from the main rookie set. The pictures are different than the others in the set. Here they are (front and back)

Maybe the auto version is numbered out of 100. There seems to be quite a few regular cards for sale on ebay for cheap.

Nope. The ones listed on eBay are the regular versions, not the unnumbered ones. The pictures are completely different. There are currently none of these 3 listed on eBay

I think it's a great idea...added value to the boxes, much like the French cards last year that were limited to "a number you can count on one hand". This ABSOLUTELY is the product for this kind of thing. At $25-$30 a box, the more big dollar cards that come out of it, the more people are going to buy chasing them. I'm sure those cards will be listed as "540b" so people can still complete their sets.

I'd agree if they were parallels. It looks to me like they're legitimate base-set cards.

If they're going to say that only 100 complete sets can be made, then yes, they've undermined the whole product by including those cards. I am willing to consider those cards as "variants" of sorts and will say that people can still complete their sets and hope everyone else treats it the same way.

Still, for $30 a box, Score kicks Victory's *** all day long and twice on Sunday.

LOL how can any card without numbering be part of any set. What was Panini thinking?

Thanks for the pack inserted promo cards
