I have 8 2000-2001 rookie & traded boxes available for sale. All are factory sealed with styrafoam still in boxes. Boxes depict Pave Bure, and dont come with insert pack

He may mean that the set itself is still sealed. IIRC not only were the boxes sealed, but the set itself was also encased in plastic as well and then the insert pack was separate. Correct me if I am wrong but I think that may be what he means by factory sealed.

sorry guys yes, thats exactly what i meant, guess I shouldnt have wrote "factory sealed" and prob explaiend it better. None of them contain the insert pack. Bought a 20 box case of these and split it with a buddy about 3 years ago and not a single box contained the insert pack despite them being factory sealed and boughten off i believe it was either charm city, D&A or, champion collector.
