02/03 Topps Buybacks

I came across a Patrick Roy card, just an 89 OPC #322, but it is a Topps Buyback. There is a stamp on it that says 2003 Vintage card. I don't see anything on these in the price guide, what is the multiplier on them(<1,1, or >1)?

The buybacks are listed with a 1X multiplier.

The problem is that Topps didn't released any numbers for the quantity of each card inserted.

Is your Roy card available for sale or trade?
