Which year are you referring to?
If it is this year, I would wait until they have a mock up for The Cup.
Overall, it depends what you are try to chase down. If you love rookies, Cup is always the best. As well, generally the hits are a lot bigger and retain slightly better value.
I prefer Ultimate, if you are hoping to pull those big rookie shields.

Cup...done Ultimate is more hit or miss
Both are great breaks. You have to decide what you like more. I would lean to Ultimate a bit more as it has more hits for the amount of spend. But with the cup there is high risk and high reward. If you arent sure, before you buy, look up the video box breaks first. That will help you see if you want one or the other or in the best case both lol

I would go with Ultimate since there would be more boxes to break and rumor has it that this year's product is supposedly more 'patchier' than ever before...but really who knows until you watch a few case breaks.
