10/11 Sign Of the Times set

I started working on this set when it first came out and ended up picking up 30 of the cards from the set which might seem like a lot, but with I think 100 cards in the set I didn't even put a dent in it. I ran out of funds so I kinda stopped but now I want to start it up again. The only thing is and even back when I started the only cards in this set that show up are the 30 that I have. I've heard people talking about this set and how most the cards on the checklist never pop up. So I wanted to get some peoples thoughts on this set and any info on it that could help me. I love a challenge but as of right now this set seems about impossible and if i'm not going to be able to finish it I don't want to waste my money. So any info would be helpful, thanks in advance everyone!!

A bunch of cards appeared in the 11/12 set (20-30 some).Some are real toughies (Ovy,Gilmour) most of the superstar player are like group b with tougher oods (Iginla,Thornton) i gave up on it.

Atleast if UD gave us info on it back then the secondary market for these wouldnt have plunge.

Good luck finding the Gretzky team Canada one. I owned the only copy I ever saw and it was absolutely criminal what I sold it for but I'm guessing there was less than 5 of them made since only 1 of them ever showed up on eBay... There's lots of SP's and I highly doubt you ever finish it. I'd pick another set to try...

I have not been actively looking, but I need the Ovie and the Gilmour to finish "the set". I say "the set" because the odds on the Crosby, Gretzky, and Lemieux Team Canada autos make it nearly financially impossible to even consider picking one of them up if one shows up. Good luck if you decide to try. It is probably my second favorite SOTT set after the 2007-08. (And I'm still working on the finishing that one too.)
