12-13 Artifacts: Product Damage?

I was wondering if any members on here have opened a case of the new 12-13 Artifacts. I am halfway through my case, and I have TONS of cards that have damage. Lots of the base cards, as well as some of the jerseys/patches. Even my nice Nikolai Kulemin dual Auto Jersey (#01/12...an Ebay 1/1, haha)...has a damaged bottom right hand corner?

Please let me know - I appreciate your help! I plan to contact Upper Deck and mail them back the cards in question.

I've got a bunch with peeled upper edges, and nicked corners. Some really bad peeled edges too. Also found that the cards are extremely miscut. Hold a handful, and nothing matches up.

Last years jersey cards were like that vs regular cards...the poor cuts

It doesnt surprise me you have cards with damage. If you ship those jokers at Upper Deck anything, make sure you have a tracking number. I opened a case of Black Diamond back in 05/06 with the infamous top edge damage that was common in that years release. Eight months later I still didnt have the replacements, they "lost" the cards I had sent, and I was not a happy camper. Finally a ranting phone call, with over an hour on hold, and I was able to get replacements sent for some of my damaged cards. That was the last case I have opened since.......
