Stumbled into the local Wal-Mart to grab a few things for dinner this evening and as per usual, I wandered to the card and electronics departments to window shop.

Got to the cards area and noticed that the 12-13 Certified blasters were in the wrong spot and as per store standards, I was entitled to get them at the drastically lower posted price instead of $36.

I said "why not, it's worth a shot" and grabbed a box.

After dinner and what not, I got around to finally opening the box of 3 packs. First pack hit:

Not too familiar with him, but I'll take it. 2nd pack yielded no hit but the 3rd did.

Really glad I bought the box. May have another go at it tomorrow if I'm in the area of that Wal-mart lol.

Thanks for looking.

how does the wrong spot price change work now?

I used to work for Wal-Mart, and I don't know if it is necessarily "wrong spot", but if the boxes were lined up over a $19 price tag lets say (even if the price tag was for a computer mouse or something stupid), Wal-Mart is normally obligated to sell you the item for that specific price it is being shown as.

Another thing people get away with all the time (well I shouldn't say get away with, its more employee error), but if you ever see a display (juice boxes, kool-aid jammers, crackers, come to mind off the top of my head) of things that tend to come in "clear packaging" (usually like 4 in the package or something), and they are on the display "sealed" still, you are entitled to get the whole 4-boxes of juice boxes or whatever for the price they have on the display for just the 1 box.

Oh, and sweet Yzerman hit!

Oof! If you are looking to move the Yzerman - I am listening! haha. Thanks.

Thanks for the comments guys! Right now, I'm not really looking into moving it, being the holidays and such I'm way too busy to get a deal in order with all those contacting me about it lol. I will let everyone who has told me that they're interested in it that I'm willing to deal when that time comes (got a PM or 2 regarding it as well).

Bozzy is right about the price change thing, it is in Wal-Mart's "code of practice". My sister works at a Wal-Mart (not the one in question) so she told me to give it a shot, and because of the price difference, she didn't think I would have a leg to stand on. I went back today and they fixed their mistake so looks like it was a one shot deal.
