UD released the first live pics of 16/17 The Cup, they will be releasing more over the next 3 days!

"October 25th is the big day people! That’s the day 2016-17 The Cup is released to your local Hobby Shops for everyone to get their hands on. We’re doing a four day set of previews to highlight some of the AMAZING cards you can find in each tin of The Cup. Today we are focusing on one of our new inserts the “Ticket Booklets”. These booklet cards feature specific players and games with on-card signatures often including stats or inscription written by the player. We’ve included some incredible modern and vintage day players and games to this set. These cards are a collectors dream and just the tip of the iceberg of what 2016-17 The Cup has to offer. I like the concept of the ticket booklets, Inscriptions on the Crosby and Gretzky would have been a nice touch, but still very nice.

They look very real and legit stubs. Look at the Lemieux and Gretzky ticket stubs. Looks like a lot of good wear on those tickets. Very cool stuff.

Like everyone else I love the looks of these. One of the few book cards I would really enjoy looking at.

This. They look out of place wihtout inscriptions. Not appealing for those doing the set and/or OCD collectors. Gretzky’s sig isn’t his best either.

The Roy 86 Cup Finals version is outstanding, correct ticket, photo and inscription. Hat trick!

Not a fan of booklets at all. And tickets are a nice concept but isn't this an ultra high end product? I remember cut ticket cards in 2000 or 2001? BAP Memorabilia and those boxes were less than $100.

those look great and i love the concept. The hand numbering looks messy and out of place. A nice, clean, uniform stamped silver/gold number would look great

I too am not a huge fan of booklets but those ticket ones look absolutely sick. It's pretty cool too the Ovi one they shared you can tell is from a Sabres season ticket. Would be really cool to pick up one of those from a game you were at. Nicely done on UD for those

nice design but hand numbering...... these are the same clowns that hand numbered McDavid honorable numbers without a number on some of them.... hope they got it right this time

I'm so-so on the whole booklet thing (I own a few, I have seen some that looking incredible.... others that seemed like a waste of time) but I really like these.

The lack on inscriptions on Gretzky & Crosby makes me wonder "what exactly do you ask these guys to do?" but the cards do look nice.
