18-19 SPA Black Question

Luongo had some update cards in the 19-20 release. Saw the sp limited auto on the checklist, but not the sp black gold ink auto.

Anyway, I have both incoming, but a closer look at the checklist and it states that there are black parallels.

Looking on eBay and such and it seems like there are some auto'd, and some not. So would anyone have any insight on if these are the same card, or if there are 2 separate versions.

I believe it's just one or the other. There's the black parallel of the entire base set. Some players are signed, some are not. I don't think there's unsigned and signed copies of the same player.
