Hi all!

It is no surprise given the run up in prices that we are not seeing these breaks here. I have been opening 1 case of The Cup each year in recent years, not because I am chasing a monster hit to re-sell, but for the thrill of the rip as I have been doing since 09/10.

Last year I did very well on the Cup, this year I not so much but I did get some really nice PC cards and that is a win in my book!

Starting off with the Base...

on to the Rookie Base, not bad with the Quinn and the Kappo...

Rookies not much to bat an eye at but some decent names none-the less

Main Hits (I PC leafs so the trios patch counts as a hit to me!). First actual McDavid Cup pull for me, very nice! The Marner Silver will go nice with my Crosby silver I pulled last year!

Thanks for the look. Only the cards in the final pic are PC, if anything interests you feel free to reach out!

Cheers!

Jas I would say that is a win for sure. Those silver cards are just awesome and hard not to be impressed with a McDavid AU card regardless of the set it comes from.

Cool PC hit on the Leafs triple patch too.

Don't even want to know what the case cost, but at least there were some solid cards. Always good to get a low # McDavid from the Cup, The Silver Marner is really nice along with the Kane auto. The rookie RPAs are an ok lot, imo, the Farabee is the best.

Last year I spent $5550 usd on a 6-box case and group breaks that involved an additional 84 tins. I did very very well, paid off the cost with cards I did not want and still have the main hits in my PC.

This year I spent $4950 on this 6-box case. No reason to justify the increase in price beyond price capitalization during these crazy times.
