1995-96 Topps Home Grown Inserts Question

I know that series one of Home Grown Canada is inserted in the Canadian Series 2 boxes. Where is series two inserted? I know these cards are very tough to find.

Lastly, what type of boxes were the Home Grown USA cards inserted in?

IIRC, Home Grown USA were seeded in US Hobby boxes, Home Grown Canada 1-15 in Canadian Retail, 16-30 in Canadian Hobby packs.
