Opened up a couple of packs of 06/07 SPx - all base, most notable Ovechkin, Sakic & Gaborik - and 02/03 SPGU - Yzerman base, Recchi AS Flashbacks /999 and the two following cards (sorry for the blurry pics, my scanner doesn't like me at the moment
):
2002-03 SP Game Used Piece of History Gold #PH-SS Sergei Samsonov 78/99 (black) - FT
2002-03 SP Game Used Authentic Fabrics #AF-RO Jeremy Roenick 73/225 (white) - GONE
The main break, although, was the two 01/02 BAP Signature Series boxes; I think I did pretty good!
The boxes yielded five RC's: Blackburn, Huselius, Schultz, Clemmensen & Sutherby. Autographs not pictured were: Arvedson Gold, Olvestad Gold, Gill, Klesla, Lyashenko, Mottau, Dempsey, Kloucek, D. Tucker, Lalime, Irbe, Renberg, Odjick, Langkow, Biron (I like his sig!) and Bartecko.
Now onto the better cards of the breaks; first, a couple of better-than-average autos:
2001-02 BAP Signature Series Autographs #1 Rick DiPietro
2001-02 BAP Signature Series Autographs #26 Brad Richards
2001-02 BAP Signature Series Autographs #LOK Olaf Kolzig SP
2001-02 BAP Signature Series Autographs Gold #41 Mathieu Garon
2001-02 BAP Signature Series Autographs Gold #212 Kristian Huselius
The only GU memorabilia card of the breaks, but a nice one - especially like the stick piece:
2001-02 BAP Signature Series Stick and Jersey #GSJ-39 Brian Leetch /60 (red & black/orange/white/red/green with different texts) - FT
I managed to grab the best auto of the regular set...twice
2001-02 BAP Signature Series Autographs #207 Ilya Kovalchuk x2
Oh and also got the Gold parallel
2001-02 BAP Signature Series Autographs Gold #207 Ilya Kovalchuk
My favourite card to pop out of the packs was without a doubt the next one - only 40 produced, a great player with a great sig and an overall nice vintage look to the card:
2001-02 BAP Signature Series Vintage Autographs #VA-36 Gilbert Perreault /40
Thanks for looking, comments are welcomed and appreciated!
