Awesome. How does the 'flag patch' work on the card? Stuck down? Manufactured inside the card?

patch is inside the card, this card looks in hand like it was made by card company

I don't understand why Visnovsky isn't on high end cards, maybe one of the best blue liner isn't good enough for card companies, if his born place isn't in North America
