2000 donruss elite passing the torch autos

Hi,

I Need some help on the autographsthat are numbered to 1500?I Thought that the first 100 were autographed..On The bay there are a couple of cards that are numbered 119/1500 and 133/1500 that are autographed?Steve young and bART STARR.,,Please confirm...Ernie

I believe the first 150 in 2000 were signed...
