2003-04 Panthers Team Issue?? HELP!!!!

I still am missing this card from my pre 2006 Luongo master checklist. I have no idea what they look like. It is apparently an 18 card set, and is listed on SCF. If anyone has any pics of what I'm looking for, or better yet, have one, please let me know!
