2006-07 Fleer HP Benoit Pouliot Patch AU RC #126 -- was it produced?

Wayne, my understanding is that because Pouliot showed up in the /1999 rookie set, they scrapped the idea of putting him in the Hot Prospects patch set and issued replacements.

Duplication, card #126 was a redemption that was never produced by Upper Deck and a replacement card was issued by them (Upper Deck).
I tried redeeming and was told to contact Upper Deck CS.
