2008/09 Trilogy Question

Hello all,

I've decided on building the 2008/09 Trilogy. What I'm not sure about is the Frozen in Time, is it an insert or part of the base set?

Becket and UD checklists have the rc's starting at 101-175. The FIT also start at 100 and go to 120??

Any thoughts?

I'd say they're supposed to be part of the base set. They were last year. UD probably just messed up the numbering.
