Hey folks,
Is that time again, the time that I go "drats, I haven't posted my (last) mail month" so here's my March mail.
First up, set progress
10/11 Pinnacle City Lights Autograph Zdeno Chara /100
- this may be a set killer, this may NOT be a set killer. I really don't know if the 100 card checklist at the start of chasing the set is down to 75 or not. Numerous cards have been referenced by Al/Clint as not being made, some have been removed from the Panini CL, others from Beckett CL, some redemptions have been replaced and some I've just never seen. So, who knows.
I'm looking for another 4 of the City Lights Prime /25 to finish that set as well.
And that's it for set progress. Sigh.

ITG Canadiana Patch Silver /9 and Gold /1 Phil Esposito
- the Silver is from sacrebleu, and the Gold from eBay. Dave asked where Team Canada had green in their jerseys which stumped me as well until Art/Hama showed us this jersey from 1977.

- On occasion, I get bored with collecting cards only of Canucks and Kevins and players I collect so I thought I grab the 13/14 Score cards of Rusty Klesla. Here's a scan of the front of the base card, oh drats - who's that jumping over the boards?
14/15 Flair Showcase Base, Upper Deck Base, Upper Deck Exclusives 20/100

14/15 Upper Deck High Gloss 07/10
- Second copy I won, and won it right before a third copy was opened locally and offered to me. I passed on #3, but kinda regret not going for the hoard but it would've bothered Orca Pod and we don't need him any more bitter now.
Chris Tanev
- I don't know if this is PROOF that Upper Deck hates Chris(topher) Tanev, but since his appearance in 1 UD set his rookie year (10/11 Ultimate) which had no parallels, this is his first appearance on an UD card since and it's on Kyle Brodziak's card as he (Tanev) slides into Luongo. Anyways, already had the exclusive, so here's the base and the High Gloss. He did appear in 14/15 OPC, so UD has shown some love since.
- Now onto proper Chis Tanev cards, here's the Blue Prime and Gold Patch from 13/14 Totally Certified
- The last Tanev in March was this fancy little thing, 2013-14 Panini National Treasures Crazy 8's Jerseys Prime /25. I have the jersey, I had the patch /5 - so this completes that rainbow.
