2023-24 OPC fat packs boxes vs hobby boxes

I was offered some fat pack boxes of the 2023-24 OPC and they are only a few dollars more than the hobby boxes.
So really it makes more sense to buy them since there are way more cards. But back some years ago the fat packs
did not have any rookies or inserts. Just base card up to #500. So is that still the same practice this year.If they
carry the same inserts and parallels it makes way more sense to buy those fat pack boxes.PLMK
