2023-24 Series Two Young Guns Checklist

So with the Bedard Canvas this is how to turn Extended into another $300 a box product.

I mean, I suppose the hobby could choose not to be stupid and not drive up the prices of those boxes. "Could" being the operative word.

Anyway, bon chance everyone. I'm not buying any of this. UD has effectively extinguished the last ash that cared in me about their new products.

Are they serious, they excluded Fantilli? Not that it matters at this point, but you don't pull a Bedard and you're down $200+ per box.

This is a much weaker YG checklist than I was anticipating. I was thinking 23-24 Series 2 might be the most stacked product we've seen in a long time. Not so much with Fantilli and Cooley held for Extended.

So the Series 2 YG Checklist roughly has 30 guys that debuted this season, and the other 19 that were carry-overs from last year. If the cutoff date is around now, Extended could have the likes of Fantilli, Cooley, Matthew Savoie, Jiri Kulich, Vasily Ponomarev, Jesper Wallstedt, Simon Nemec, Brennan Othmann, and Ivan Miroshnichenko among others. Plus it looks like they're bringing back the 1st Round Draft picks subset with the Young Guns, so that could mean Bedard again as well.

Based on when they put out the 2023-24 Extended sell sheet I expect Ponomarev, Wallstedt, and Othmann to be carryovers into 2024-25 products.
