23/24 Upper Deck Artifacts Redemptions

Today 6/3/24 I went to the Upper Deck website to check on my outstanding 2023/24 Artifacts redemptions and the site would not let me pull up my account so I called Upper Deck.

Spoke with Jason, who I believe is head of customer service, and he told me yes, the site was down as it is being updated and should be up in about two weeks.

I told him the reason I was looking at the site was to see if any progress on receiving my outstanding redemptions for this year's Artifacts. Best cards coming in are a Cooley auto and four Bedard rookies.

Jason, said that the redemptions were delayed and he hopes they will be out by September if anyone else was wondering when Artifacts will be shipping

Interesting that the UD employee told me something different. Yes, all my outstanding redemptions are there.

I only got half of my redemptions, but the rest of them have shown up for other people, but mine haven't. I got my base cards and one retro (Poitras), but my emerald base parallel, Poitras jersey card and autograph card, and Bedard retro haven't. I emailed QA, they could only tell me that they all are getting pulled and shipping, but don't know why 4 were shipped together without the other four.

So I continue to wait, and hope they don't try to deliver via FedEx while I'm away on vacation...

Yesterday 10/10/24 I got my third shipment of Artifacts redemptions. This package had only four base rookies. I still have about 20 outstanding redemptions that have yet to arrive.

Crazy the UD is not sending them out all the base redemptions in one package as the extra shipping cost has to be just an extra added on expense for the company.
