I MUST SEND FIRST
Hey Y'all...I went down to my local shop, and picked up a 3 boxes of UD Artifacts. Cant go wrong for $85 bucks a box...
So...I started to ripp through the 1st box slowly to get a feel for the new artifacts product this year, and the first major card that I pull is a Detroit Red Wings Rookie Redemption, which must be V.Flippula (or however u spell it)...But the rest of the box was pretty much a dud...some jersey cards and one of the Dual Tantums...Pruca and Marcel Hossa..
So, after the disaster of a 1st box, I was thinking, its gonna be one of those days....so now The first pack I open in the 2nd box yeilds a Boston Bruins Rookie Redemption..I assume its Phil Kessel, So that made me happy now. So 3 packs later, I come across another Rookie Redemption, this time its the St.Louis blues, in thinking, who do they have for rookies they need to be in redemptions then I think...Could it be The 1st overall draft pick, ERIC JOHNSON, maybe in his draft day uniform...Not sure, but you never know...So now im real happy beause I pulled 2 Rookie Redemptions 1 one box when they only average 1 per b ox. So I figured that it pretty much it for that box...but the very next pack I get a Frozen Artifacts Patch #ed 2/10 of Brad Stuart....A real nice card. So Im like, this was one hell of a box...I also got 2 Peter Forsberg Jeresey cards, one #ed outa 100 and the other outa #125. So anyways, I have one pack left, and I ripp it open and who is looking me straigh in the eyes, MR.HOCKEY himself, Yes Gordie Howe Autofacts...Well that just made my afternoon....and I still had 1 more box to go...I didnt even care about the 3rd box now, the Howe just made my day....
Anyways, the 3rd box contained a Colorado Avalanche Rookie Redemption...I assume is Paul Stastny, so thats one of the better RC's also...but the rest of the box was pretty dual, and my Autofact was Johnathan Cheechoo....
So, I just wanted to share my box b reaks...I dont know how to post picks, so Joesph aka Penguinsrock93 is gonna host them for me, ENjoy everyone..
