4 box mini case of 2014 SPGU Golf

Please indulge my little story:

When this product came out in 2012, I pulled one of the greatest cards in my collection. Since I heard of the product returning his year, I've been all over the store manager at the closest D&A to get in AT LEAST a 4 box mini case for me. We have alot of big breakers nearby, and if I don't ask for it, they'll get it before me.

So after showing up on release day, and finding out the holiday delayed the order, I went back in the next morning. As I walked in, I found that one of the big breaker guys had talked his way into the shop early, to make his picks before I could get there. He had already picked his first case out and started cracking. The guy at the shop told me he was sure to keep a case for me, not sure how much I wanted. I waited to watch the other guy first, and he did...well. Not crazy, but good.

I picked out my 4 box mini case and went to town. He ended up complaining how he picked the wrong case.

Only complaint (as you shall see) this case was really oddly packed, I got a pile of duplicate hits, not that the other hits don't make up for it:

Been watching some breaks online and it looks like a very hit or miss product. Nice to see you did well on your case.

Yes, it's pretty feast or famine as far as hits. I wouldn't buy single boxes, but save up for another case if I do it again. The other breaker opened a total of 12 boxes of golf while I was there. Other than getting a Rory auto, his only other really nice hit was a dual tag /2 of 2 guys I didn't know by name. Even then, the Rory was in the other half of the master case I opened, so one case was pretty hot, and the other pretty average.

First off boo on the guy complaining on his case and yay on your lcs owner actually keeping a case for you! I tried this stuff in 2012 and actually did a LOT better in single packs than I did in the couple of boxes I did. Weird.

HOLY CRAP! You killed that mini-case. A lot of doubles but still, you hit some killer cards there!
