That is right - ZERO AUTOGRAPHS in 4 HOBBY Boxes....I am very unhappy, as is my son, as we love the product and have opened 10-12 boxes prior without any issues. All 4 came from DACardworld and were sealed, etc. I e-mailed them to see if anyone else who purchased had a similar issue

Any thoughts? I plan to call UD later today and hope they will do something.

Have all the boxes, packs, order form from D&A. Even double checked the cards and counted and none of the boxes were short any cards...collation was very odd, but not short any cards

My auto was fairly fused to the back of a base card. Hopefully that is where yours are!

In all my blaster/retail packs I have pulled one Auto Redemption...but lots of nice other stuff and have opened a LOT of retail

That's nuts! DACW is my LCS (well, when I'm home visiting family lol) and I've NEVER had a problem like that. Here's hoping something gets resolved for you!

Dave & Adams is one of their "Diamond Distributors" and "Authorized Internet Retailers", they'll take care of it. UD is less likely to fix things unless you can show you bought from one of their recognized dealers..

D&A said I needed to go thru UD....UD needs the invoice from D&A and the UPC stuff from the boxes....still keeping fingers crossed.

I really want to grab a few more boxes, but too nervous to buy them from D&A now and SteelCity is out of them

It is likely that the bigger sellers have already shipped their stock to the National, Platinum is part of UD case breakers redemption. If the price is good I might go for a case myself.
