+6 means the team is getting that many points.

If Duke was -5 and they won 85-78, they would cover as you would take 5 off there score and it would be 80-78. I don't know what the -110 means though as it has never come into play on my bets.

Obviously, the more games you bet on one parlay ticket, the more you can win.

Definitely not the over/under as there is a separate category for that.

-110 means that you need to wager 110 to win 100.
+110 means that when you wager 100, you win 110.

easy actually.

Also, when you see a "-" in front of a number (ie. -100), then that team is the favourite. +100 = underdog. That's why the wagers differ. You bet on the favourite, you have to put down more money to win less. You bet on the underdog, you put down less money to win more.
