I was wondering in anyone has an idea on the value of the whole set of 92-93 topps gold? just looking for some ideas. thanks

$100? It would be easy to sell about a dozen of the cards (Gretzky, Lemieux, Roy, etc)... but how will you sell the Ron Tugnutt or the Kevin Lowe?
It is, if you have finished the set, one hell of a mountain to climb. LOTS AND LOTS of cards in that set aren't eBay worthy (too common)... and cracking packs to get that stuff was insane. Talk about a perfect ParallelDave set.
Having just finished the first Emerald Ice set (both high and low), I tip my hat to you if you have finished the gold set. Weren't there some SP's and checklist replacements in there?

I have 2 completed sets, and it took me many years to complete them. Approximately 1/4 of the gold cards were short prints, because a large quantity of the D sheets were damaged during production. The sets had a BV of $400 many years ago, but it has dropped down since then. The last time it was in the printed Beckett it was priced at $350, but could be less now? I would never sell either of mine for $100. Way too much time, gas, and money went into putting it together to let it go for that. I remember paying $35 alone for one of the Gretzky's, and he wasnt even an SP. Also, there was no internet purchases for me on these sets. All was done by going from card shop to card shop all over southern Ontario, several box breaks of the product, and a couple of card shows helped me out. I remember looking for the last one needed for years Wayne Presley (of course he was off the D sheet). I actually just finished the 2nd set a couple years ago, as I needed the Andy Moog forever. Without a doubt the toughest set I've ever put together times a hundred.

I would say that the market value is $100, but that said, and like I did before, you probably couldn't put one together at all in an easy or timely way.
