93-94 Topps / OPC Premier

Just a quick question for one of you long standing hobbyists. I apologize if this has been asked before.

How does one identify a card as being from 93-94 OPC Premier, or 93-94 Topps/OPC Premier? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

The OPC Premier has English and French text on the back.

Does Score Canadian have both Enlish and French on the back as well?
