96-97 Mirror Golds, coming out of the closet!

Not sure if any of you have noticed over the past few years that the "guys" on Ebay selling these have sold at least 30 copies of the Mario (not sure about other players). Now rumor had it that Pinnacle released approx 30-33 of the mirror golds in packs (I think), how is it possible that the "guys" in the below auction had all of the pack released Mario's Correct me if I'm wrong but didnt these "guys" buy Pinnacle at one point? So it may be safe to assume that they are selling off the abundance of replacements they received with the purchase of Pinnacle, which in my opinion ain't right! These cards used to sell for hundreds, now the Mario goes for $30-$50.

Flooding the market may be a bad word as now there are maybe 70 out there (Ebay and pack released, not including local sales!), however who knows how long and what abbundance is left over which will hit the Secondary market.

I was thinking the same, a long time ago about these cards... because.. there have been Quite a bit of Shanahans that have been listed over the past few years.. and like you said.. Ive also heard that only 30 of them cards were produced..

When Pinnacle went under, a very significant portion was backdoored, which destroyed the value of the cards. You would think that only 30 would be produced, but 30 were only originally released in packs. Now there are estimates that a couple hundred of each are on the secondary market.

DA Card world has sold these singles on the Beckett Marketplace for quite some time. That is how I filled out my Khabibulins.
