97-98 Pinnacle Mask question?

I thought I was buying a diecut version of the Brodeur mask card.

Only problem is that this is uncut but has the diecut shape foil on it. Anyone know what version this might be. Something rare perhaps or just an error?

I have all three versions that were produced (Regular, Die-Cut, Regular Promo) and this one is definitely an error.
