It went for over $4,300 CAD. Insane.

Maybe the seller artificially pumped the price up to inflate the market price? This happens all the time with basketball sales. Just look at the 03/04 Topps Chrome Lebrons James PSA 10 Rookies

The real question is if this was a "pump" job to inflate the value or a true non paying bidder. Im surprised the seller didn't offer the second or third highest bidder an offer...

They’re bidding up their own auctions attempting to manipulate the market or maximize their profit. Probstein does it daily.
