What date do you think would be the latest at a cutoff point? We definitely have to leave enough time to get it to where it is going before Christmas, as you mentioned. If it was decided to send it to the local food bank for example, the date could be a bit later, than say Christmas Cheer, where they use the money to help a family at Christmas, and would need it sooner to make it useful for this Christmas.
I'd be happy to put together a list of possible charities for everyone to vote on, and any I missed can be added to it before the vote. Also, are we just letting the donating members vote, or anyone on the site? I'd be glad to help in any way, just LMK!!
