It's been a little while since my last S&T, and my COMC shipment finally arrived in June (requested in December), so lots of Flames to show!
First off, some 2019-20 OPC Blank Backs
A few UD Exclusives base cards
A slew of Young Guns parallels. Happy to land the Kobasew (/75), don't see those too often.
Also landed one of the Upper Deck 30th Anniversary 1/1 parallels!
Next, a bunch of random Theo Fleury additions. He sure wore some unsightly helmets!
An assortment of Cup cards. The Aliu & Ortio were patch upgrades.
In a slight departure from my typical collecting, on a whim I decided to pick up the Engrained Remnants Flames cards from 2018-19 & 2019-20. I can't really follow the logic in 2019-20 on who got regular cards, and who got the lower #'d Gold versions.
Also managed to pick up a lot of Artifacts cards; most of the 2019-20's were in one deal from a local collector. Happy to find 2 Black /5's!
Lastly, a few HOF (or future HOF) rookies.
This spring, I picked up a complete 1978-79 OPC set locally, but the Bossy was pretty rough, so the PSA 7 was a nice upgrade. And while I had the 1989-90 set, I picked up the PSA 9 Sakic at a reasonable price last fall and had it sit at COMC for some time.
As I work to complete all years of the YG's, I finally finished off 2001-02 with a Datsyuk YG (has the top edge damage that is typical), and the 2nd biggest YG of 2002-03.
And the biggest addition, I upgraded my Ovi from a BGS 9 (owned for several years) to a BGS 9.5 now that the price gap has narrowed somewhat.
