I have been looking forward to the release of 2020-21 Leaf Pearl for quite a while. Although I have not had luck tracking down most of the Kolzig cards from the first Pearl release, the Pearl cards that I do have in my collection are beautiful. I was hoping for more Kolzig cards to chase this time. When the checklist was released, there were two Kolzig cards, both 1/1s. I thought I would have a decent chance to pick up one of them, while the other seemed likely to be out of reach.
Within a few days of release, I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to acquire both cards. On to the show!
